REFUND/RETURNS POLICY

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. A $8 restocking fee will be charged for a refund to the original payment method. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. If the item was damaged upon receiving it, please check the “damages and issues” section on this page.

To start a return, log into your customer portal and request a return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

DAMAGED ITEMS

All our products are thoroughly checked to ensure they are in good condition prior to being sent to the customer. However, if the customer discovers that a product is faulty or damaged, the customer must notify us within 5 business days from receiving the product. 

To report a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at contactex3mpt@gmail.com. After we have confirmed that the product is damaged, we will allow you to return the item for store credit or refund (at your choice) using your original payment method. 

We reserve the right to not offer a refund if we deem that the product has no damage or has sustained damage from the result of your neglect, damage, or misuse.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURN ITEMS 

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale or gift cards.

EXCHANGES 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You have the option of returning for store credit or a refund back to your original payment method. 

LOST OR STOLEN RETURNS 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels. Once you purchase an item, the risk of loss and title for the items passes to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier for initial delivery.
